Compensation
Simply put, we offer the best compensation in the industry for both the high volume producer and the part time originator. A true 100% commission split.
We offer two compensation plans to pick from:
Plan 1:
Close as many loans as you want and keep 100% of the commissions. We will only collect $495 from your fist loan closing every month, plus $195 per file. This plan is perfect for the high volume producer--imagine the potential!!
Plan 2:
We will collect $695 per funded loan. This plan is perfect for the low volume, part time originator.
**WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY EXTRA FEES FOR FHA OR VA LOANS**
Processing:
We offer complete processing at a rate of $495 per file. However, you are welcome to self-process. By doing so you avoid the $495 per file processing fee.
For files that are self processed, 1st Rate will charge a $199 per file fee to ensure that the file is compliant (compliance fee). There is no compliance fee if the file is processed by a 1st Rate processor.
Get paid weekly. Payday is every Friday!
