• Searchable lender database that gives you access to all our approved lenders.
• Links to all lender websites (wholesale) along with user ids and passwords for the sites.
• Discussion forums that allow loan officers to voice their opinions and rate lenders.
• Your personal calendar that allows you to be more organized and better manage your schedule.
• All necessary documents (lender submission forms, lender lock forms, LSR etc.).
• Storage space, so you can upload personal documents that are only viewable by you.
• Industry links and updates from HUD, Fannie, Freddie, and other partners.
• Data on the website is updated daily.

LOS:

At 1st Rate we use Calyx Point as our loan origination software. Each loan officer is supplied with the software and instructions for installation. All point files are stored on our server and are backed up every night to ensure no loss of data.
